Payment card details are handled by Stripe. WAYMAKER does not store your full card details. Booking information may be processed through Cal.com. Our hosting and infrastructure providers may also process standard technical information such as IP address, browser, device, request and security logs as part of operating the website.

We use personal information to respond to enquiries, provide requested services, process and verify payments, arrange bookings, prepare for assessments, maintain service records, protect the website, prevent misuse, meet accounting or legal obligations and communicate with you about the service you requested.

Where UK data protection law applies, we generally process information because it is necessary to perform a contract or take steps at your request before entering one, because we have legitimate interests in operating and securing WAYMAKER, because we must meet a legal obligation, or because you have given consent where consent is specifically requested.

We use service providers to operate the website and customer journey. These may include Vercel for hosting, Supabase for application data, Stripe for payments and Cal.com for scheduling. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy arrangements as applicable to the service they provide.

Some providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where UK data protection law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we rely on the transfer mechanism used by the relevant provider, such as an adequacy arrangement or approved contractual safeguards.

We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including delivery of the service, business administration, dispute handling, accounting, tax and other legal requirements. Enquiries that do not progress may be deleted sooner. We may retain limited records where required to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

WAYMAKER does not currently deploy advertising or behavioural analytics cookies. Essential technology may be used to operate, secure or complete the website, payment and booking journey. If we later add non-essential analytics or advertising technology, we will update this notice and use consent controls where required.

Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law may give you rights to access, correct or delete personal information, restrict or object to processing, receive certain information in a portable format and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. These rights are not absolute and exemptions may apply.

You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office if you believe your data protection rights have been infringed.
